5 Golf Road Mt Maunganui, Tauranga City

Every now and again we come across a property that just has the feel that this is home! This plaster over brick home just smacks of "that feeling". Fully renovated by the present owner, means all you need to do is move in, sit back, relax and enjoy. Easy living here, great flow to the spacious deck. The garden lends itself to summer fun with bat and ball, not to mention the free standing "man size" garage, perfect for storing all your toys. My owners are committed to their new home so this wee ripper just has to go! Come and view you won't be disappointed. This three bedroom home is sure to be the one that just feels right.
