By ensuring the right tools, resources, and guidance are in place, I help our team deliver outstanding service and maintain strong client relationships with confidence and efficiency.

I’m a change agent who thrives on adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of technology and the market. When new trends and innovations emerge, I ensure we’re not just reacting but leading the way as early adopters. By staying ahead of the curve, I help our team leverage the latest tools to stay ahead of the game.

My prior background in hotel management, sales administration for the Ray White Papamoa team and my time as a Property Manager here in the Bay allows me to have a unique and educated perspective in this role.

I have worked for Ray White since 2017 and am proud to be a member of a team that is supportive, innovative, and takes their jobs seriously - but not themselves!

• NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4
